A new Repertory program from the Avalon Theatre!
On Sunday mornings this July, August, and early September, join us for our new classic cinema program, Summer 1980s: Blockbusters, Big Laughs, and Timeless Classics, featuring 9 terrific films that take us back to the greatest decade for summer cinema ever, the 1980s! Starting with the modern classic, Spielberg’s 1981 RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK, which paved the way for the modern blockbuster, we’ll continue each week with another classic film, taking time to honor a few legends (Robert Redford and Rob Reiner) along the way.
So skip the VHS rental, pop your mix tape in your Walkman (or your boom-box!), put on those jelly bracelets and neon leg warmers, and join us for this rad program at the Avalon!
