A powerful biopic based on the fascinating story of Egyptian-born Italian/French music icon Dalida, whose repertoire of hits was as vast and varied as her private life was tumultuous and tragic, with three of her romantic partners committing suicide before her own death by suicide in 1987. With more than 70 gold records, Dalida was the first singer to receive platinum and diamond discs with hits including “Bang Bang”, “Paroles Paroles”, and “Avec Le Temps”. DALIDA is the intimate portrait of a strong, fiercely independent, liberated, complex and talented woman.

Django Reinhardt was one of the most brilliant pioneers of European jazz and the father of Gypsy Swing. DJANGO grippingly portrays a chapter in the musician’s eventful life in this semi-fictional biopic set in German-occupied Paris in 1943. While many other Romani people are finding themselves the target of racist persecution and being murder, Django believes himself to be safe due to his popularity – until agents of the Nazi propaganda machine demand that he goes on tour to Germany.
