Two childhood friends Michal (Martin Finger, co-screenwriter) and Adam (played by the director himself), return after 20 years to their rural hometown Šumperk. Michal’s mother died several years ago and his father passes away on the day of his return. Without knowing the truth about his mother´s death, questions loom in his mind. His stepmother behaves suspiciously, encouraging Michal and Adam to get to the bottom of the mystery. Disaster meanwhile teeters precariously on the horizon.
